Spanish Pyrite

These are nearly perfectly formed pyrite cubes, right out of the ground in their natural matrix, from the Victoria mine in La Rioja, Spain. Although iron pyrite is also named ‘fool’s gold’ and is not highly valuable due to it’s abundance on earth, crystals of this quality and size are quite rare, and evoke some of the most admiring looks and conversation of any thing we deal with. An absolutely excellent addition and worthy of any mineral collection.

 In the metaphysical, pyrite is a protector, helping resist negative energy and pollutants, both in the environment and to our bodies. It is an energizing stone, stimulating creativity and proactive behavior. Pyrite facilitates confidence, improves mental function such as memory and analysis. And pyrite is a very positive energizing force, promoting healing and health.
