Celestite

Celestite, also known as Celestine, is a crystal mineral occurring in several places throughout the planet. Madagascar celestite is renowned for its consistent light to deep blue color and clarity, and is found there in a small to large geode structure.  Because of its hardness (3.5) and rather fragile crystalline structure, it is not a good candidate for jewelry, although some crystals lend themselves well for finished stones. But celestite if a very powerful metaphysical crystal, with strong healing energy, and makes a beautiful and calming home décor decorator crystal.
